CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 159(FIN) am An Act permitting certain                    
employees in state correctional facilities or employed in the                  
Department of Corrections to convert their credited service under the          
public employees retirement system to credited service as peace                
officers was read the second time.                                             
                                                                               
Senator Tim Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                
the adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 3569. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE
